W odpowiedzi na wzrost napięcia w Europie pod koniec lat 1930, Szwajcarskie lotnictwo postanowiło zmienić kolory samolotów ze srebrnego/aluminium na kamuflażowe. Muster 38 ("schemat 38") to nowy system kamuflażu wprowadzony w maju 1938. Wraz z dostawą nowych samolotów Bf-109s na początku 1939 niemiecki zestaw kolorów RLM 70/71/65 (potem zoptymalizowany w Szwajcarii do RLM 70/65) został oficjalnie przyjęty (ze względu na skuteczność). Został on nastęnie wprowadzony we wszystkich samolotach, np.: D 3800, D3801 i EKW C-3603.

HTK-AS15 jest rozwiązaniem problemu malowania samolotów Szwajcarskich w latach 1930 i 1940. Zestaw zawiera osiem farb:

HTK-A017 - Dark Green (RLM71) – używany do końca 1941 w schemacie RLM 70/71/65 lotnictwa Szwajcarii (Bf-109E, D 3800 i D 3801)
